WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

If you must cancel your cruise, call us or email info@argosy.gr immediately. Upon our receipt of your notice, we will email you an acknowledgement within 48 hours of your cancellation notice. The date of your cancellation notice is the date your notice is received by us. Refund policies are as follows:

  • 90 days or more before cruise departure: 80% return of deposit.
  • Between 90 and 60 days before cruise departure: 50% of total payment.
  • Less than 60 days before cruise departure: no refund.
  • Voluntary leave at any time after the first day: no refund.
  • Involuntary leaving the cruise upon our demand for inappropriate behavior: it is in our discretion to refund or not, and in what amount.
  • No refunds for any accommodations, gear usage, transfers, transport, meals, entry fees or services paid for as part of the cruise but not patronized.

In the event we cancel all or part of a cruise, scheduled or otherwise, due to weather, Acts of God, labor strikes or any events which make it impossible or infeasible for us to continue any or all of our obligations within the tour, we will provide land-based activities for the guests who will overnight on the yacht. Feasible inclusions will still prevail. We will ensure the guest’s transfer to the end destination of the cruise.

We are not responsible for expenses incurred by participants in preparation for a trip such as nonrefundable air tickets, equipment, etc. We urge guests to procure travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events (e.g., “cancel for any reason” insurance).
