If you fall ill during the cruise, we have first aid aboard and our crew is fully familiar with CPR and first aid. Otherwise you must wait until we reach land – sailing between islands is maximum 2-3 hours. We know where all clinics and hospitals are located on land during each cruise and will assist you to reach these medical centers as fast as possible which are available in all ports of call. We strongly urge all travelers to invest in travel insurance. F
